We hire out our equipment all year round. Although when the weather changes around Mid-October to late March time we will only hire to indoor venues. If the weather is set to be bad on the day of your hire you will need to either relocate indoors or have a large gazebo to cover the soft play equipment. We can not place this directly onto the wet ground but our inflatables can be placed on top of a sheet to protect the equipment.

Your entire booking can be processed online 24/7 but if you prefer to speak with someone directly please give us a call on 07542 582 931 or email us on : bounce@bouncinghappy.co.uk. We are open 7 days a week between 9am and 7pm.

Delivery Slots : For outdoor bookings we usually deliver between 9-11am. You will receive an email and text the evening before with your time of delivery.

For indoor bookings we will deliver within your venue booking time – we will need 30 minutes to set up so please allow for this time within your venue booking slot.

Collection Slots : For outdoor bookings we will start collection around 4.30pm. If you wish to have the equipment past 6pm this can be arranged but there will be an extra fee for late collection.

For indoor bookings we will collect at the end of your time slot – we will need 30 minutes to take everything down so please allow for this time within your venue booking slot.
