Bouncing Happy

We provide bouncy castle and soft play hire all year round across Surrey, West Sussex and East Sussex. From mid-October through late March, hire is limited to indoor venues due to weather conditions. If the forecast looks poor on the day of your booking, you’ll need to either move indoors or provide a large gazebo to protect soft play equipment. Please note, soft play cannot be placed directly on wet ground, though inflatables can be set up on top of a protective groundsheet.

Booking with us is simple — your entire reservation can be made online 24/7, or if you prefer to speak directly, call us on 07542 582 931 or email bounce@bouncinghappy.co.uk. Our office is open 7 days a week, from 9am to 7pm.

Delivery & Collection Information

• Outdoor bookings: Delivery typically takes place between 9–11am. You’ll receive a text and email the evening before confirming your exact slot. Collection begins around 4:30pm. If you’d like to keep the equipment beyond 6pm, we can arrange this for a small additional fee.

• Indoor bookings: Delivery will align with your venue hire times. Please allow 30 minutes for setup and 30 minutes for collection within your booking slot.
